Laurel’s keynote empowers audiences to embrace the extraordinary capabilities and uniqueness of their brains to achieve success.

Do you ever find yourself searching or scrolling through external sources for answers or motivation? We know things could be better or different, but we don’t know how to get there. We are left feeling depleted, stuck, and uninspired. There is a disconnect between information and personal application.

I’m Laurel Thornton, and I have learned and helped people embrace how their unique brains have been shaped by their biology, skills, and experiences to be the best architect of their success.  What has emerged throughout my work in athletics and as a neuro-psychotherapist is that individuals are capable of truly amazing and inspiring things when they freely trust themselves to explore the edges of their creativity and welcome in their brain’s unique ability to solve their curiosities and questions.
