WBI Training Policy

Whole Brain Institute is committed to providing high-quality continuing education programs and welcomes feedback from participants. Any concerns or complaints regarding a program should be submitted in writing to Sydney@wholebrain.institute within 72 hours of program completion. The complaint will be reviewed by our continuing education program administrator who will investigate the matter and provide a response to the complainant within one week, including potential corrective actions based on the findings.

Participants can register for programs at the listed fee, with full payment required upon registration. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made in writing at least 14 days prior to the program start date, with a $20 administrative fee deducted. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund, but participants may be able to transfer their registration to a future program at the provider's discretion.
